Flight Booking Cancellation (By Customers or Airlines) amount will be refunded by Pack4Trip only after we received the amount from the particular Airlines. Pack4Trip won’t charge any cancellation fees.
Bus Booking Cancellation (By Customers or Bus Companies) amount will be refunded by Pack4Trip only after we received the amount from the particular Bus companies. Pack4Trip won’t charge any cancellation fees.
Tour Package/Cab/Houseboat/Hotel Cancellation Policy:
- Prior to the 30 days or more from the date of departure, an advance amount or 25% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- Between 29 days to 15 days from the date of departure, 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- Between 14 days to 8 days from the date of departure, 75% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- Within 8 days from the date of departure, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will not receive any refunds.
